How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lashes that have been removed from their original packaging.
Are Pro Lash products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We use high-quality synthetic PBT fibers that mimic the look and feel of natural mink without any animal involvement.
How many times can I reuse my lashes?
With proper care and cleaning, Pro Lash strips can be reused up to 25 times. Always store them in their original case to maintain their shape.
