Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pro Lash account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RA number.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned lashes and adhesives, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
